Trial of Therapeutic Cancer Vaccine OSE2101 in Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Secondary Resistance to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor

Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Multicenter, randomized (2:1), open-label phase 3 study in HLA-A2 positive patients with squamous and non-squamous metastatic NSCLC with ICI secondary resistance. Patients will be randomized into 2 arms (randomization 2:1): experimental Arm A with OSE2101 monotherapy or control Arm B SoC with docetaxel monotherapy. Stratification factors will be histology (squamous versus non squamous) and ECOG Performance Status (0 versus 1).

PEP-CMV Vaccine Targeting CMV Antigen to Treat Newly Diagnosed Pediatric HGG and DIPG and Recurrent Medulloblastoma

High Grade Glioma ยท Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma ยท Recurrent Medulloblastoma

This study will address the question of whether targeting CMV antigens with PEP-CMV can serve as a novel immunotherapeutic approach in pediatric patients with newly-diagnosed high-grade glioma (HGG) or diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) as well as recurrent medulloblastoma (MB). PEP-CMV is a vaccine mixture of a peptide referred to as Component A. Component A is a synthetic long peptide (SLP) of 26 amino acid residues from human pp65. The SLPs encode multiple potential class I, class II, and antibody epitopes across several haplotypes. Component A will be administered as a stable water:oil emulsion in Montanide ISA 51. Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Vaccine in Orthotopic Liver Transplant Candidates

Liver Transplant

This is a multi-center clinical trial in Cytomegalovirus (CMV) seronegative prospective liver transplant recipients to determine the efficacy of two doses of Cytomegalovirus-Modified Vaccinia Ankara (CMV-MVA) Triplex CMV vaccine pre-transplant. The primary objective is to assess the effect of pre-transplant (Tx) Triplex vaccination on duration of CMV antiviral therapy (AVT) within the first 100 days post-Tx in CMV seropositive donor (D+) and seronegative (R-) (D+R-) liver transplant recipients (LTxRs). A protocol-mandated preemptive therapy (PET) will be used for CMV disease prevention in D+R- LTxRs.

Personalized Neo-Antigen Peptide Vaccine for the Treatment of Stage IIIC-IV Melanoma, Hormone Receptor Positive HER2 Negative Metastatic Refractory Breast Cancer or Stage III-IV Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Anatomic Stage IV Breast Cancer AJCC v8 ยท Clinical Stage IV Cutaneous Melanoma AJCC v8 ยท Locally Advanced Cutaneous Melanoma

This phase I trial studies the safety of personalized neo-antigen peptide vaccine in treating patients with stage IIIC-IV melanoma, hormone receptor positive HER2 negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) or stage III-IV non-small cell lung cancer. Personalized neo-antigen peptide vaccine is a product that combines multiple patient specific neo-antigens. Given personalized neo-antigen peptide vaccine together with Th1 polarizing adjuvant poly ICLC may induce a polyclonal, poly-epitope, cytolytic T cell immunity against the patient's tumor.

Study to Evaluate Safety, Efficacy and Immunogenicity of Acne mRNA Vaccine in Adults With Moderate to Severe Acne

Acne

The purpose of the trial is to evaluate the safety, efficacy and immunogenicity of up to 3 intramuscular injections of the Acne mRNA vaccine candidate at up to four dose levels in adult participants aged 18 to 45 years with moderate to severe acne. This trial will consist of a Core Study followed by an optional Long-Term Extension (LTE). The Core Study will consist of: * Two cohorts evaluating the 2-administration regimen (Cohorts A): Sentinel Cohort A and Main Cohort A. * Two cohorts evaluating the 3-administration regimen (Cohorts B): Sentinel Cohort B and Main Cohort B. Participants from Sentinel Cohorts A and B and from Main Cohort A will be invited to an additional 30-month follow up after completing their last planned Core Study visit to assess the long-term effects of the vaccine. Participants from Main Cohort B will be invited to another LTE study managed through a separate protocol.

A Phase 3 Study of Revaccination in Subsequent Pregnancies With Bivalent RSV Vaccine and Duration of Protection of a Single Dose

RSV Infection

This study aims to check how safe and well-tolerated a second dose of RSVpreF is when given during later pregnancies, and to see how long the immunity lasts from a single dose given during a previous pregnancy by examining the blood of nonpregnant participants who had the vaccine before.

A Cancer Vaccine (STEMVAC) in Combination With Chemotherapy for the Treatment of PD-L1 Negative Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

Anatomic Stage IV Breast Cancer AJCC v8 ยท Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Carcinoma

This phase II trial studies how well a cancer vaccine called STEMVAC works in combination with chemotherapy in treating patients with PD-L1 negative, triple-negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). STEMVAC is designed to target proteins that are expressed on breast cancer stem cells, and it is believed to work by boosting the immune system to recognize and destroy the invader tumor cells that are causing the disease. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving STEMVAC in combination with chemotherapy may be an effective treatment for PD-L1 negative metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.
