Doxycycline Prophylaxis for Prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections

ACE2016 in Adult Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Expressing Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR)

ACE2016 is an off-the-shelf, allogeneic gamma delta T (gdT) cell therapy derived from healthy donors, that is under investigation for the treatment of Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Expressing Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). The ACE2016-001 study is an open-label, Phase I, first-in-human (FIH) study that aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability, persistency, pharmacodynamics and efficacy of ACE2016 in patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Expressing Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR).

A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Elranatamab Alone and With Daratumumab in People With Multiple Myeloma Who Have Received Other Treatments

Multiple Myeloma

The purpose of this clinical trial is to (1) learn whether the BCMA-CD3 bispecific antibody elranatamab can provide more benefit to people with multiple myeloma compared to a combination therapy including daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone, and (2) learn about the safety and activity of elranatamab in combination with the anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody daratumumab. People with multiple myeloma who have received previous treatment including lenalidomide will be enrolled in the study. Part 1 of the study will assess the safety and activity of different doses of elranatamab in combination with daratumumab. People participating in Part 2 of the study will be randomly assigned to receive either elranatamab alone, elranatamab plus daratumumab, or daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone. Part 2 will evaluate the safety and activity of (1) elranatamab alone compared to daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone, and (2) elranatamab plus daratumumab. Part 3 will assess the effect of increased measures to protect against infection in people treated with either elranatamab alone or together with daratumumab. All people participating in the study will receive study treatment until their disease progresses, they experience unacceptable side effects, or they choose to no longer participate in the study.

Binimetinib and Imatinib for Unresectable Stage III-IV KIT-Mutant Melanoma

This phase II trial studies how well binimetinib and imatinib work in treating patients with stage III-IV KIT-mutant melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Binimetinib and imatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving binimetinib and imatinib may help treat patients with KIT-mutant melanoma.

Developing an Innovative Decision Support Tool for Pediatric Neuromuscular Scoliosis

Children With Medical Complexity (CMC) Β· Multiple Chronic Conditions Β· Neuromuscular Scoliosis

The goal of this pilot hybrid type I efficacy/implementation trial is to assess a newly developed decision support tool patients, parents, and providers to use during surgical treatment decision making for neuromuscular scoliosis (NMS). Results from this pilot will inform the design of a future larger effectiveness trial of the decision support tool. Participants will either receive usual care or receive the decision support tool. Researchers will assess the decision made, decision quality, individual affective, cognitive, and behavioral effects, and feasibility and acceptability of tool use. They will also collect potential barriers and facilitators to implementation and feedback about the tool and study design to maximize likelihood of successful deployment of the tool into clinical practice and inform the design of a future trial. The outcomes measures will be used to inform potential effect size estimates to inform a future trial.

TBI Rehabilitation and Activation in Veterans

Traumatic Brain Injury

This trial will evaluate the impact of a multicomponent program (TBI Rehabilitation and Activation in Veterans; TRAIN-Vets) on improving cognitive function over an 8-month trial period in older Veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Older Veterans with a history of TBI and subjective cognitive complaints will be enrolled and randomly assign to either the TRAIN-Vets intervention (consisting of aquatic-based exercise training, cognitive training, and lifestyle coaching) or the Health Education Control, where they will receive educational materials about brain health and healthy lifestyles.

Congenital Muscle Disease Study of Patient and Family Reported Medical Information

Congenital Muscular Dystrophy With ITGA7 (Integrin Alpha-7) Deficiency Β· Alpha-Dystroglycanopathy (Congenital Muscular Dystrophy and Abnormal Glycosylation of Dystroglycan With Severe Epilepsy) Β· Alpha-Dystroglycanopathy (Congenital Muscular Dystrophy With Fatty Liver and Infantile-onset Cataract Caused by TRAPPC11 Mutations)

The Congenital Muscle Disease Patient and Proxy Reported Outcome Study (CMDPROS) is a longitudinal 10 year study to identify and trend care parameters, adverse events in the congenital muscle diseases using the Congenital Muscle Disease International Registry (CMDIR) to acquire necessary data for adverse event calculations (intake survey and medical records curation). To support this study and become a participant, we ask that you register in the CMDIR. You can do this by visiting www.cmdir.org. There is no travel required. The registry includes affected individuals with congenital muscular dystrophy, congenital myopathy, and congenital myasthenic syndrome and registers through the late onset spectrum for these disease groups. The CMDIR was created to identify the global congenital muscle disease population for the purpose of raising awareness, standards of care, clinical trials and in the future a treatment or cure. Simply put, we will not be successful in finding a treatment or cure unless we know who the affected individuals are, what the diagnosis is and how the disease is affecting the individual. Registering in the CMDIR means that you will enter demographic information and complete an intake survey. We would then ask that you provide records regarding the diagnosis and treatment of CMD, including genetic testing, muscle biopsy, pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, clinic visit notes, and hospital discharge summaries. Study hypothesis: 1. To use patient and proxy reported survey answers and medical reports to build a longitudinal care and outcomes database across the congenital muscle diseases. 2. To generate congenital muscle disease subtype specific adverse event rates and correlate with key care parameters.

Implementing Scalable, PAtient-centered, Team-based, Technology-enabled Care for Adults With Type 2 Diabetes (iPATH)

Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

Sixteen institutions will be selected from a HRSA uniform data system and have data collected for up to 3 years. Eight institutions will begin the iPATH practice transformation during year one, the other eight institutions will begin iPATH in year two. FQHC administrators, clinicians and staff will be enrolled to participate in the iPATH transformation in their clinic and will participate in qualitative interviews. Patient HbA1c data from the clinics will be collected for comparative data analysis during each year of the study.

Observational Study Protocol: LIVER-R

Hepatobiliary Cancers

Given the number of anticipated durvalumab-based treatment launches in the hepatobiliary cancer space over the next 3 years, there is a need to capture contemporary real-world data across these indications. LIVER-R is a multicountry, multicenter, observational study of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hepatobiliary cancer treated with a durvalumab-based regimen as part of routine clinical practice or early access program (EAP). The study design will include primary and secondary data collection. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of durvalumab-based regimens in real-world settings as measured by real-world overall survival. Other endpoints include demographics, clinical characteristics, clinically significant events of interest, treatment patterns, concomitant medications, and other real-world clinical endpoints (such as duration of treatment, progression-free survival, time to treatment progression, time to next treatment, recurrence-free survival, and time to treatment recurrence).

A Study of Vepugratinib (LY3866288) in Participants With Cancer in the Urinary Tract

The purpose of this study is to test a new medicine, vepugratinib, in comparison with placebo, to see if it is safe and can help people with a bladder cancer that is advanced or has spread.
