- ✓ History of healed diabetic foot ulceration
- ✓ Over 18 years of age
You may not qualify if…
- ✕ Patients who are:
- ✕ under 18 years of age
- ✕ non-diabetic
- ✕ non-ambulatory
- ✕ non-healed wounds.
